Insight is the operations platform. Asset Twin and Digital Twin are the two levels it is available in. Asset Twin keeps track of equipment and capacity, while Digital Twin adds CFD so cooling and failure scenarios can be calculated.

Not necessarily. Insight can retrieve data from your DCIM and use it in the overview. The extent of overlap depends on what your current system does.

The platform is accessed via a web browser. We will look together at how data is brought in from your other systems.
